(1) If the Government of Nepal is a party to any of the following conventions (conventions), such convention, the date of entry into force of said convention in Nepal and other matters necessary in connection with the implementation of such convention The Government of Nepal may issue an order stating that and such order shall be published in the Nepal Gazette:-
(a) Convention on Offenses and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft, done at Tokyo in 1963 (Convention on Offenses and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft, Tokyo, 1963),
(b) Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft (Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft, Hague, 1970),
(c) Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety of Non-Military Aviation concluded in Montreal in 1971 (Montreal, 1971) and other conventions designated by the .
(2) The order issued under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be the same as in this Act.
